Delete your account
You can delete your Acapella Editor account in the app, or request deletion here if you no longer have the app.
In the app
Open Settings → your account → Delete Account.
Without the app
Email your username and sign-in email to [email protected]. We will verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Never send your password.
Request account deletionThis opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request.
What happens to your data?
Your account is disabled when deletion is processed. Your profile and cloud recordings are removed, and your invitation links stop working. Storage cleanup may continue in the background.
Drafts on your devices and copies already saved by collaborators remain. You can delete your local drafts in the app.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Manage it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
